helloo! you can call me suki, i'm a 26 year old self-taught hobby artist from the uk!i started doing digital art at the age of 13 with a laptop trackpad, until i got my first tablet a couple of years later. i have a strong passion for character design, and love playing around with colours.outside of art, my hobbies include gaming, collecting and supporting other artists!

TERMS OF SERVICE

By owning and/or buying my services, You automatically agree to my Terms of service. I am not responsible if you choose not to read them
do NOT edit, trace, modify or alter my art in any way (minor things, such as cropping, are allowed)
Provide clear Character references, I cannot work on descriptions only
Please be patient, I do not work on commissions 24/7. You may ask for updates
Breaking any of my TOS will result in you being blacklisted

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only, I do not do prints or any kind of physical artwork service
I, the artist, retain all rights to my work. I may post it to my own social medias and use any artwork produced in my portfolio
do not use my artwork or designs for commercial purposes (printing/ selling, or anything else that you could profit from)
Do NOT claim the work as your own if you share it on social media/websites. Make sure to give me proper credit when posting to social media etc

payment and process

Payment can be made either in full before starting, or after a wip has been provided
Wips will be provided during sketch and lineart/base colour phase
Any changes/corrections must be made during these stages, anything after are liable to extra charges
I strive to complete commissions within 1-3 months
Refunds can only be requested if work has not been completed within the maximum 3 month timeline, I will not issue refunds otherwise
Filing a chargeback will get you blacklisted and blocked from recieving my art in future

DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE

Minor changes are allowed as long as the design/adoptable is still recognisable
you may not resell the character for a higher price than you originally paid (unless you have commissioned other art of the character)
co-owning my designs with one other person is fine, but any drama between owners must be resolved between yourselves. please do not involve me
do not sell my designs to people on my blacklist
resells, trading and gifting are all allowed provided the above terms are met
